SHIPPING AND RETURNS

By purchasing from Strong Health & Nutrition and www.strongbodyscience.com you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. All other items must be returned at customer expense unopened and undamaged for a credit to be issued. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for approval at support@strongbodyscience.com during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm pacific standard time.

Cancellations: All orders cancelled prior to shipment are eligible for a refund. Please be advised that most orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any issues regarding order items received must be reported within 72 hours of delivery for it to be actionable.

Store credit/refunds for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the returned package. Refunds will only be issued to the card used. Credit will not be issued for opened or damaged merchandise. Damaged or open merchandise that is sent back without proper a proper return authorization will be discarded and no credit will be issued. Any and all shipping cost are non-refundable. Any items lost or damaged during return shipping process are non-refundable. When shipping return item(s) the package must have delivery confirmation, or we cannot guarantee that your items will be credited. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Reshipments

Any items returned to us by the shipping carrier because customer was not available to receive the package or shipping address related issues may be subject to additional shipping costs depending on cost to reship. Packages are reshipped using the method of our choice. Packages returned to us will be reshipped within 5-7 business days as long as we have the corrected information. Refunds for returned packages will be processed within 5-7 business days of being returned to us.

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders in which delivery has been refused will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

Shipping

All orders are shipped out the same business day (Monday-Friday) if placed before 2pm pst, unless the order needs to be held for review. If your order is placed after 2pm pacific time it will be shipped out the following business day. We do ship on Saturdays, but that is to ship out all orders that were placed after 2pm pst on Friday. If your order is placed on a non-business day (Saturday&Sunday), it will be shipped out on the following business day. 

Most orders are shipped with USPS which takes 3-5 business days for delivery if stored and handled through our 3PL partners in USA (for US and Canada) and/or UK (for UK and Ireland). Large packages are shipped UPS which can take 1-7 days for delivery depending on location. International shipping takes longer but are shipped within 1-2 days.

Shipping is non-refundable due to late delivery unless a package was shipped priority mail express and takes longer than 2 business days. 

Domestic shipments over $150 in value and all Express Mail packages require a signature. 

Any specific requests such as requiring or not requiring a signature on your package must be mentioned in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please refer to our international tab for information on shipping to international destinations and our policy. 


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

On domestic orders, if an item is lost or damaged in transit we will reship at no additional cost. If an item is lost in transit, it is not eligible for a refund, but it is eligible for a reshipment. Once an item is scanned delivered in the US or military destination it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a free reshipment.  

Once a package is scanned delivered on a tracking report it is not eligible for reshipment and is no longer our responsibility.

Lost Packages

Packages not delivered within 14 business days in the Domestic United States are eligible reshipment. Please contact us at support@strongbodyscience.com. At that time, we will open an investigation, which typically takes 2-5 business days. If the order is confirmed lost at that point, we will reship the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We Ship Supplements All Around the World.

Shipping is calculated on the site and is dependent on location, weight, and type/speed of shipping you desire.

If you don’t see your country listed, please know we can ship to any country in the world upon your request, just give us a call or click into a chat. One of our Pro Support Team Members will help you out.

We recommend when placing an order of a large quantity of items that you split the order up into multiple orders of smaller quantities. 

Important Restrictions

Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. It is your responsibility to know what is legal in your country and what is not. We will always ship discreetly and in a way that will best help you receive your order.

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them.

Strongbodyscience.com will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license and will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us. Shipping is non-refundable. StrongSupplementShop.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility; we of course will help you to the best of our knowledge. By ordering from our website, you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of conditions.

Your Shipping Information

Please make sure you provide your full shipping address, and phone number in English when ordering internationally. The phone number may be used by the USPS or StrongSupplementShop.com to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.

We Ship with USPS and PostNord

First Class shipping can take up to 30 business days for delivery to your country and then must clear customs, although it is typically faster especially to the UK, Australia and Canada. Please note that First Class does not include tracking. 

Priority shipping take 6-10 business days to your country and then must clear customs. This option typically includes tracking, but it is not uncommon for a country to not scan the package for tracking upon its arrival.

Delivery times are based on shipping with the assumption of no delays, if there are delays packages may take a few additional weeks. Customs clearance can take anywhere from a day to thirty days in our experience, but for the most part it is typically very fast.
